About Me
Mr. Blair Evans has been a practicing Electrical Engineer since 1976, consulting engineering primarily in co-coordinating site services and building services design including power, lighting, communications with emphasis on overall energy efficiency. Past and Current designs have included over 55 hotels, over 70 restaurants and over 8, 000 condominium units up to 11 storey developments. Other past projects have also included senior citizen complexes, hospitals, shopping centers, multi-screen theatres, wineries, hospitals, health clinics, schools, warehouse developments, and car dealerships. Special projects have included design work on an electric car, a truck production assembly plant, and patent application preparation. Blair brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the CTIM Inc. team.
